Clerks of Court
of Appeals

this specification shall be construed to extend to the
taxation of any additional costs on executions, or
other judicial process, issued upon judgments or
decrees,) 15 cts.
For a transcript thereof, with the items or articles at
large, when demanded, 10 cts.
For a short copy of a judgment or decree, without
seal, if expressly demanded, to be paid for by the
party demanding the same, 15 cts.
For the docket entry of the award of a writ of dimi-
nution or procedendo, of an appeal, the allowance
of a writ of error, or the service of an injunction, 5 cts.
For entering on the docket in any action, appeal or
writ of error, the determination thereof, when
agreed, discontinued, struck off, abated, dismissed
or quashed, 5 cts.
For entering on the docket the suggestion of the .death
of either party, 5 cts.
For the docket entry of the defalcation of a sheriff
or coroner, 5 cts.
For entering on the docket the defalcation of a sheriff
or coroner, or other proceeding of the court strick-
en out, 5 cts.
For entering a capias ad satisfaciendum "not called
by consent," 5 cts.
For a certificate of bail piece, including search and
seal of office, 50 cts.
For entering the surrender of principal in discharge of
bail, , 10 cts.
For entering a commitment, releasement or exonere-
tur, 10 cts.,
For the entry of the naturalization of an alien or fo-
reigner, and a certificate thereof, with seal of of-
fice, including all oaths taken thereon, $3
For a writ of publication to the laws, under seal of
the state, 25 cts.
For issuing under seal of office, a writ of capias ad
satisfaciendum, fieri facias, venditioni exponets,
scire facias, attachment with clause of scire faci-
as, writ of diminution, procedendo, habere facias
possessionem or seisinam, or other special writ,
and any other writ or process not herein particular-
ly enumerated, for every ten words or figures of
each, and so pro rata, 1 1/4 cts.
For the docket entry of the return of any writ or Ju-
dical process, 5 cts.
For every search made for any matter or thing above
a year's standings however remote or distant the
period may be, if found, 18 3/4 cts.
For affixing the seal of the court to any certificate,
transcript of proceedings, or exemplification, re-
quired by law or an individual, but not to any writ
or other process, as no allowance is intended to be
made for the seal m such cases, 12 1/2 cts,
