Judicial Proceedings Article.

Occurred: Ch. 74, Acts of 1989. Correction by the Michie Company in the
1989 Replacement Volume of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article is
validated by this Act.

(c) The clerk is entitled to a reasonable fee for performing any other service
that is not enumerated in this subtitle or in [§§ 3-501 through 3-503] §§ 3-601
THROUGH 3-603 of the Real Property Article of the Code.

(d) If a party in a proceeding feels aggrieved by any fee permitted under this
subtitle or by [§§ 3-501 through 3-503] §§ 3-601 THROUGH 3-603 of the Real
Property Article of the Code, he may request a judge of that circuit court to determine
the reasonableness of the fee.

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 649, Acts of 1980, which renumbered §§ 3-501

(e) The Comptroller shall establish a Law Enforcement and Correctional
Training Fund, as provided in Article 41, § 4-1301 of the Code, and the Comptroller
shall pay into the Fund fifty percent of all court costs collected by the District Court
under [§ 7-301(a) and (b)(l) of this article] SUBSECTIONS (A) AND (B)(l) OF
THIS SECTION.
