(A) THE DEPARTMENT SHALL ADOPT REGULATIONS TO
IMPLEMENT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE.

(B) THE REGULATIONS SHALL INCLUDE REQUIREMENTS FOR
ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FROM EACH FACILITY FOR AT LEAST
THE TERM OF THE BOND USED TO FINANCE ANY PROJECT AT THE
FACILITY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

AN ACT concerning

Kent County - State's Attorney

FOR the purpose of altering the salary of the State's Attorney for Kent County;
permitting the State's Attorney for Kent County to employ one or more deputy
State's Attorneys and assistant State's Attorneys; permitting the State's Attorney
and each deputy or assistant State's Attorney in Kent County to engage in the
private practice of law under certain circumstances; providing that this Act does
not apply to the salary or compensation of the incumbent State's Attorney for
Kent County; and generally relating to the office of the State's Attorney for Kent
County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
