public property, in open view of persons on a nearby highway. Failure to remove
such a vehicle or parts thereof within ten (10) days after a written notice of
removal sent to the owner or lessee of the real property by any authorized police
officer is a misdemeanor, punishable upon conviction by a fine of twenty-five
dollars ($25.) for each day after the ten (10) days during which the motor vehicle
is not moved from the property.

B. Exceptions. This section does not apply or refer to vehicles in a regularly operated
gasoline service station, garage or motor vehicle junkyard or graveyard.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

(House Bill 881)

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Office of the State's Attorney
PG 300-90

FOR the purpose of altering the salaries of the State's Attorney, the deputy State's
Attorneys, and the assistant State's Attorneys in Prince George's County; altering
the number of assistant State's Attorneys; providing that certain restrictions on
the private practice of law are not intended to preclude participation in a certain
pro bono program by the State's Attorney, deputy State's Attorneys, or assistant
State's Attorneys; clarifying that certain expenses are to be paid on a semimonthly
basis; providing that this Act does not apply to the salary or compensation of the
incumbent State's Attorney; and generally relating to the Office of the State's
Attorney in Prince George's County.
