(i) May not exceed a maximum per diem rate established by
regulation of the Department; and

(ii) Shall [be on a cost related basis and shall include costs as
required for] COVER the following:

1. Administrative overhead.

2. Drugs, supplies, and equipment.

3. Food.

4. Medical services.

5. Staff.

6. Transportation.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the reimbursement rate
for medical day care providers for Fiscal Year 1991 shall bo the greater of • cost
reimbursement at 80% of the Consumer Price Index or the flat rate at 100% of the
Consumer Price Index for Medical Care for the Baltimore Region. For Fiscal Year
1992, medical day care providers shall be reimbursed according to the methodology
utilized in Fiscal Year 1991.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's County Commissioners - Sale of Property

FOR the purpose of adding St. Mary's County to the list of counties that are subject to
certain provisions relating to the sale of real property no longer needed by the
county school board; authorizing the St. Mary's County Commissioners to sell at
public or private sale any real property owned by the County Commissioners
under certain conditions; and generally relating to the sale of property by the St.
Mary's County Commissioners.
