Section 9-323(c)
Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
Article - Tax - Property
9-323.
(e) The governing body of Washington County may grant, by law, a property tax
(1) property that is:
(i) owned by a nonprofit civic association; and
(ii) unless the compensation is used only to improve or maintain the
1. the use is not contingent on the payment of compensation
2. unless the compensation is used only to improve or
maintain the property, failure to pay compensation is not a reason to deny admission to
(2) personal property that is owned by Mid-East Milk Lab Services,
(3) REAL PROPERTY THAT IS SUBJECT TO THE COUNTY'S
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
