(6) Governing the development and content of agreements between the
central repository and criminal justice and noncriminal justice agencies;

(7) Governing the exercise of the rights of inspection and challenge
provided for in §§ 751 through 755; AND

(8) GOVERNING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A FEE SCHEDULE AND
THE COLLECTION OF THESE FEES FOR ACCESSING CRIMINAL HISTORY
RECORDS FOR OTHER THAN CRIMINAL JUSTICE PURPOSES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

AN ACT concerning

Queen Anne's County - Board of License Commissioners - Compensation

FOR the purpose of altering the method for determining the compensation for the
chairman and members of the Queen Anne's County Board of License
Commissioners by changing the current stated fixed annual compensation to a rate
per meeting in an amount to be determined by the County Commissioners; setting
a minimum compensation rate per meeting; and providing that this Act does not
affect the incumbent members and the chairman of the Board.
