COMMERCIAL OR RESIDENTIAL GARBAGE AND REFUSE PICKUP AND
(II) DOES NOT PICKUP, TRANSPORT, TREAT, STORE, OR
(4) AN ANALYTICAL, EDUCATIONAL, OR RESEARCH AND
(C) THE CRIMINAL PENALTY PROVISION OF ARTICLE 89, § 41(C)
[32E.] 32D.
(a) The requirements of this section do not apply to a consumer product or
(1) Packaged for distribution to and intended for use by the general
(2) Handled or stored unopened in a retail establishment, including its
(b) [An] TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF 29 CFR
(1) The common name;
(2) The chemical name; and
(3) Identification of the work area in which the hazardous chemical is
(c) Chemical information lists shall be:
(1) Arranged in alphabetical order according to common name;
(2) Revised and realphabetized [biennially] EVERY 2 YEARS; and
(3) Maintained for at least 40 years.
(d) A hazardous chemical not already on the chemical information list shall be
