(a) The following agencies, boards, commissions, councils, corporations,
authorities, trusts, and divisions shall be included within the Department:

(7) Division of [Cultural Activities] HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL
PROGRAMS;

(a) The Program shall be operated with moneys in the Rental Housing Programs
Fund, which Fund shall be a continuing, nonlapsing special fund consisting of:

(3) Moneys transferred to the Fund in accordance with §§ 2-613(d),
2-708(d), [2-313(h)] 2-313(J), and 2-1006(e) of this title.

2-610.

To apply for any loan under this subtitle, an applicant shall:

(1) Submit a completed application in such form as the Department may
require;

(2) Supply a copy of the applicant's latest State income tax return or other
available verification of income, unless the application is for a loan to be made under §
2-602(2) of this subtitle; and

(3) Submit any other information or documentation the Department
deems necessary in order to make a determination on financing a loan.
