WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 150

CHARTERED ASSOCIATION ON AND AFTER JUNE 30, 1992 SHALL DIVEST
ITSELF OF ANY DEPOSIT TAKING OFFICES IN MARYLAND, IN
ACCORDANCE WITH § 9-1006 OF THIS SUBTITLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

(House Bill 287)

AN ACT concerning

Professional Solicitors——Reports Charitable Organization Registration - Professional

Solicitor Reports

FOR the purpose of altering the financial information required to be filed with the
Secretary of State by certain charitable organizations under certain circumstances;
authorizing the Secretary of State to assign to a charitable organization a certain
date on which its annual report is due; providing that the date shall be no earlier
than a certain time after the close of the charitable organization's fiscal year;
repealing a requirement that a professional solicitor file a certain report within 30
days after the anniversary date of the professional solicitor's registration with the
Secretary of State; providing that a professional solicitor who has not filed a
certain report before a certain time shall file a certain report with its application
to renew registration; and generally relating to professional solicitors and reports
of professional solicitors
charitable organization registration and reports and
professional solicitor reports.
