SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments

259A.

(b) (8) (i) No NA, NB or NC license shall permit the operation of any bingo
game on any Sunday; [and]

(ii) No Class ND, NE, OR NF[, or NG] license shall permit the
operation of any bingo game on Sunday prior to 1 p.m.; AND

(III) NO CLASS NG LICENSE SHALL PERMIT THE
OPERATION OF ANY BINGO GAME ON SUNDAY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF

5 2 A.M. AND 1 P.M.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

Treasurer of Calvert County; specifying that this Act does not apply to the salary
