Adminiotrotion shall issue the same type of registration platos as that issued for a
private passenger vehicle.

(3) IN ADDITION TO THE OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THIS
SECTION, EACH REGISTRATION PLATE ISSUED UNDER THIS SUBSECTION
FOR A RENTAL VEHICLE SHALL DISPLAY A SYMBOL AS PRESCRIBED BY
THE ADMINISTRATION THAT CLEARLY IDENTIFIES THE VEHICLE AS A
RENTAL VEHICLE.

(E) A PASSENGER MOTOR VEHICLE THAT IS RENTED OR BEING
OFFERED FOR RENT IN THIS STATE WITHOUT A DRIVER SHALL DISPLAY
A DISTINCTIVE REGISTRATION PLATE AS AUTHORIZED AND ISSUED BY
THE ADMINISTRATION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990 January 1, 1991.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Board of Community College Trustees

FOR the purpose of requiring the members of the Board of Community College
Trustees for Prince George's County to be residents of Prince George's County;
establishing the terms of certain members; limiting the number of consecutive
terms certain members may serve; providing that this Act does not apply to
members serving on the effective date of this Act; providing for the effective date
of this Act; and generally relating to the Board of Community College Trustees for
Prince George's County.
