Article 29 - Washington Suburban Sanitary District

8-104.

(a) Subject to [Article 56A, § 3-305 of the Code] § 12-305 OF THE BUSINESS
OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS ARTICLE, the WSSC has the sole power to
grant licenses to persons desiring to work at the plumbing business in areas of
Montgomery or Prince George's County that are under the jurisdiction of the WSSC.
The fees to be charged for a license may not exceed the fees as fixed in the Maryland
Plumbing Act. The WSSC shall exercise within areas under the jurisdiction of the
WSSC all the authority and power conferred upon the State Board of Plumbing.

Error: Obsolete cross-reference in Article 29, § 8-104(a).

Occurred: As the result of Ch. 3, Acts of 1989, which transferred Article
56A, § 3-305 to be § 12-305 of the Business Occupations and Professions
Article.
