(3) He gave the required notice within 30 days of receiving notice that the
defendant's insurer was insolvent, provided that the defendant insurer is not authorized
to transact insurance business in the State of Maryland and the claimant is not eligible
to make a claim against the Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Corporation.

(d) The notice of claim shall contain evidence demonstrating:

(1) That the claimant fulfills all the requirements imposed by law to file a
claim;

(2) That the claimant is not eligible for uninsured motorist coverage
benefits from a policy of insurance issued to the claimant or a member of his family
residing in his household;

(3) All lost wages to date certified by the claimant's employer;

(4) All medical expenses to date;

(5) All reports of medical treatment and consultation for injuries
sustained;

(6) All other damages claimed to date;

(7) All available police or other accident reports; and

(8) Additional information as the executive director may require by rule
and regulation.

(e) Information required in a notice of claim shall be submitted in one filing to
the extent practicable.

(f) All moneys paid out by the Fund under this section or by the Unsatisfied
Claim and Judgment Fund under former Article 66 1/2 may be recovered by the Fund
from the uninsured party or parties at fault in any manner provided for by law,
including without limitation the Maryland Tax Refund Intercept Program.

(G) A JUDGMENT THAT HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO OR OBTAINED BY
THE FUND AS PROVIDED FOR IN THIS SECTION OR ITS PREDECESSOR
PROVISIONS SHALL BE DEEMED IN ITS ENTIRETY TAKEN FOR THE USE
OF THE STATE.

(H) IF THE FUND INITIATES LEGAL ACTION TO ENFORCE
JUDGMENTS OBTAINED UNDER THIS SECTION AGAINST UNINSURED
MOTORISTS, IT MAY RECOVER THE ACTUAL COSTS OF COLLECTION,
INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES.

When payment has been made by the Fund in an action brought or claim made
under § 243H, the Fund shall'be' subrogated to the cause of action of the claimant
receiving such payment against the operator or owner of the motor vehicle by which the
accident was occasioned, and shall be (i) entitled to bring an action against either or
