Chesapeakc Boy Commemorative License Plate
Commemorative and Organizational Plates - Authority
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration to issue a
Chesapeake Bay Commemorative License Plato; providing that certain proceeds
from the plate go to the Chesapeake Bay Trust for conservation programs for the
restoration ond protection of the Chesapeake Bay; providing for a certain fee
commemorative and organizational plates; providing for the purposes of the
commemorative license plates; allowing the Administration to set certain fees for
commemorative and organizational license plates at the time new registration
plates are issued; authorizing requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to
recover certain costs; allowing the Administration to disburse certain surpluses in
a certain manner; providing that certain moneys may not be used for certain
purposes; requiring the Administration to adopt certain regulations; providing for
and altering certain eligibility criteria and application procedures; providing for
certain exemptions from certain requirements for reflectorization; repealing
certain inconsistent provisions; providing for a delayed effective date; and
generally relating to a—Chesapeake—Bay—Commemorative—License—Plate
commemorative and organizational license plates.
