Article 10 - Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact

[33.

(a) If a person has not been duly admitted to the bar in this State or elsewhere
or, after having been so admitted, has been disbarred, the person may not in any
manner whatever represent himself to be entitled to practice law.

(b) An advertisement of any bank, trust company, or corporate fiduciary may
not, directly or indirectly:

(1) Indicate that it offers or performs the same services as those of an
attorney;

(2) Reflect on the qualification of attorneys in any capacity, including
fiduciary capacities; or

(3) Imply that the services of an attorney are only secondary or ministerial.

(c) Any person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a
misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine of not more than $5, 000 or
imprisonment for not more than 6 months or both. ]
