WICOMICO COUNTY

AN ACT to amend Chapter 200 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Subdivision
of Land", by repealing and reenacting with amendments Section 200-17, titled "Group
Housing Developments", of Article III, Minimum Design Standards.

WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the Wicomico Planning and Zoning
Commission, it appears advisable to amend the aforesaid Section 200-17 of Chapter 200
of the Wicomico County Code to define and clarify the procedures for large scale
developments by the Planning Commission and County Council.

Passed January 2, 1990.

Bill 22 - 1989

AN ACT to amend Chapter 200 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Subdivision
of Land", by repealing and reenacting with amendments Section 200-6, titled "Sketch
Plats" of Article II, titled "Procedures."

WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the Wicomico Planning and Zoning
Commission, it appears advisable to amend the aforesaid Section 200-6 of Chapter 200
of the Wicomico County Code to clarify the sketch plat review process.

Passed January 2, 1990.

Bill 23 - 1989

AN ACT to amend Chapter 200 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Subdivision
of Land", by repealing and reenacting with amendments, Section 200-21, Subparagraph
F.(2) and by adding Subparagraph M. pertaining to open space-shared facilities
requirements.

WHEREAS, upon the favorable recommendation of the Wicomico County
Planning and Zoning Commission, it appears advisable to amend the aforesaid Section
of the Wicomico County Code to clarify minimum pavement widths and to establish
standards for lots used as, or for open space and/or shared facilities.

Passed January 2, 1990.
