The Southern Maryland Health Systems Agency

FOR the purpose of providing for the withdrawal of the County from the
Southern Maryland Health Systems Agency and from the four-county agreement
relating to the Agency and deleting from the County Code those provisions pertaining
to the Southern Maryland Health Systems Agency.
