Parking in County Facilities

FOR the purpose of increasing certain fines for parking violations; amending the
provisions for the display of parking permits; clarifying the fine for parking meter
violations; establishing a penalty for damaging parking meters and signs; authorizing the
Director of Central Services to develop and implement a reserved and metered parking
plan for County owned and leased facilities; and providing for impoundment of vehicles
parked in violation of regulations pertaining to reserved parking areas.
