of 09.87506 acres of land, more or less.

RESOLUTION AN-84-1

WHEREAS, a petition was presented to the Board of Commissioners of
Thurmont on May 2, 1984, to enlarge the southwestern corporate boundaries of the
Town of Thurmont by the annexation of land adjoining and contiguous to the existing
corporate boundaries; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Thurmont has determined to initiate
a resolution pursuant to Section 19 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition with Amendments),

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of
Thurmont, Maryland, in regular session assembled:

That there is hereby annexed to the territory of the Town of Thurmont, Maryland
a Municipal Corporation, the land lying on the west side of U.S. Route 15, containing
56.692 acres of land, more or less.
