CHARTER PROVISIONS INCONSISTENT WITH UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION.

Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland
(1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION 1-89

A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF NORTH BRENTWOOD, MARYLAND,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article HE of the Constitution of Maryland and
Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957), Edition, as
amended, to amend the Charter of the said town, said charter being Article 17 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1963) Edition, as amended, which Article
contains in whole or in part the Charter of the Town of North Brentwood, by replacing
and re-enacting Section 56-7, Elections, of said Charter.

County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition),
repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
