Mardela Springs, and also binding upon the Northerly side of U.S. Route No. 50, and
being bounded on the North by land now or formerly owned by Iris B. Stant Layton and
Dominic and Joan F. Campagnali, and bounded on the East by lands now or formerly
owned by Edward C. and Brenda G. Ayers ("Delmarva Oil Annexation").
