CHARTER RESOLUTION NO. 82

A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE

CITY OF LAUREL
TO CLARIFY THAT ALL CITY DEPARTMENT

HEADS SHALL BE UNDER THE
SUPERVISION OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR.

[Section 402(h) of the Charter of the City of Laurel, Prince George's County, as
found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), added.

Effective Date July 14, 1989]

CHARTER RESOLUTION NO. 83

A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE

CITY OF LAUREL
TO PROVIDE THAT FAILURE BY THE CITY COUNCIL TO PASS

A BUDGET BY JUNE 30 SHALL

HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS IF THE BUDGET PROPOSED BY THE
MAYOR HAD BEEN PASSED.

found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed
and reenacted, with amendments.
