SECTION 2, ENTITLED "BOUNDARIES," OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF
FREDERICK; TO PROVIDE FOR THE ANNEXATION OF 0.9338 ACRES OF
LAND, MORE OR LESS, GENERALLY ALONG THE NORTHWESTERN
BOUNDARY OF THE CITY.
