Ch. 49 LAWS OF MARYLAND

THAT SUNDAY THOSE SUNDAYS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 6 A.M. AND 12
MIDNIGHT; AND

3. THE SALES ARE LIMITED TO ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES THAT ARE "KOSHER FOR PASSOVER".

[(iii)] (IV) 1. Subject to the conditions provided in this
subparagraph, in Baltimore City, a holder of a Class A retail alcoholic beverages license
may exercise the off-sale license privilege on the Sundays that fall between
Thanksgiving Day and New Year's Day from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.

2. The holder of a Class A retail off-sale license may exercise

the additional privilege authorized by this subparagraph in any year in which a
supplementary license fee of $25 has been paid prior to October 1 for each day the
additional privilege is to be exercised.

SECTION 2.——AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an
emergency measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health
and safety, has been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the
members elected to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take
effect from the date it is enacted.

AN ACT concerning

Queen Anne's County - Electricians - Licenses

FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County to
set certain license fees; creating a two-year electrician's license after a certain
date; changing the time and place of certain examinations; altering the date
licenses expire; making certain technical corrections; clarifying language; and
generally relating to electrician's licenses in Queen Anne's County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

The Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County
Section 5-202(c), (d), and (g), 5-301, and 5-302
Article 18 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1983 Edition and 1986 Supplement, as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
