AN ACT concerning

Shore Erosion Control - Funding of Administrative Costs

FOR the purpose of authorizing the inclusion of requiring certain administrative costs
as project costs to be borne by landowners who receive shore erosion control
loans; specifying that the Shore Erosion Control Construction Loan Fund shall be
maintained by the repayment of certain administrative costs; and authorizing the
appropriation of moneys from the Shore Erosion Control Construction Loan Fund
to cover certain administrative costs that will be reimbursed to the Fund by certain
landowners.

(e) "Project construction cost" means the estimated cost to design and construct
a shore erosion control project, [exclusive of] AND MAY INCLUDE supervision,
inspection, and maintenance costs.
