(2) If the circumstances for any agency listed in paragraph E(l) above
change so that the agency conducts contested case hearings, Chapter 788 of the
Acts of 1989 shall apply to the agency unless the agency head, a board or a
commission conducts the hearing.

F. All Other State Agencies. All other State agencies, if any, that are not
mentioned in paragraph A through E are temporarily exempt.

Construction Industry Employer's Advisory Council
(Amends Executive Order 01.01.1988.07)

WHEREAS, The Construction Industry Employer's Advisory Council was established
by Executive Order 01.01.1988.07 to enhance, promote, and review services
affecting the construction industry; and

WHEREAS, The expertise and input of certain agency directors will be beneficial in
reviewing matters affecting the construction industry; and

WHEREAS, Attendance at Council meetings is necessary for the success of the
Council;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, GOVERNOR OF THE
STATE OF MARYLAND, BY VIRTUE OF THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN
ME BY THE CONSTITUTION AND LAWS OF MARYLAND, HEREBY
