AN ACT concerning

Sediment Control - Regulation

FOR the purpose of defining a certain term; requiring that certain criteria be met
before a person begins or performs construction; authorizing the Department of
the Environment to adopt certain fee schedules impose certain charges on units of
State government; clarifying the authority of the Department to approve and
enforce sediment control activities of State and federal governments; and
generally relating to sediment control enforcement.
