(2) The automotive dismantler [or] AND recycler or scrap processor shall
accept the certificate of authority instead of the certificate of title of the vehicle.

(3) THE AUTOMOTIVE DISMANTLER AND RECYCLER MAY
APPLY FOR A SALVAGE CERTIFICATE AS PROVIDED IN § 13-507 OF THIS
ARTICLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

AN ACT concerning

Harford County - Wine Festival License Alcoholic Beverages Licenses

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Harford County Liquor Control Board to issue a
Wine Festival license; providing for the fee and the scope of this license; requiring
the applicant to be a holder of a certain license; providing for a certain exception;
authorizing the Board to select the location and dates of the Festival; providing
that the dates selected do not conflict with certain festival activities in other
counties; and requiring the Board to adopt certain regulations for implementing
this Act; providing that certain restrictions do not prohibit the issuance or transfer of
a certain class of alcoholic beverages license under certain circumstances; and
providing for a certain effective date.
