be subject to the restrictions of § 258 of this article.

(C) (1) FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBSECTION (B) OF THIS SECTION,
IN WASHINGTON COUNTY, "VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY" INCLUDES
VOLUNTEER RESCUE COMPANIES.

(2) IN THIS SUBSECTION, "GAMING DEVICE" MEANS ANY TYPE
OF GAMING DEVICE OTHER THAN A BINGO GAME, INCLUDING ANY TYPE
OF CHANCE BOOK, TIP JAR, PADDLE WHEEL, OR WHEEL OF FORTUNE.

(3) IN WASHINGTON COUNTY, AN INDIVIDUAL,
CORPORATION, ORGANIZATION, OR OTHER ENTITY MAY NOT OPERATE
A GAMING DEVICE ON PREMISES OWNED BY, LEASED TO, OR USED AS A
PLACE OF BUSINESS BY AN INDIVIDUAL, CORPORATION,
ORGANIZATION, OR OTHER ENTITY THAT CONDUCTS BINGO GAMES FOR
PROFIT MAKING PURPOSES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

AN ACT concerning

Fishery Management

FOR the purpose of requiring the Secretary of Natural Resources to prepare certain
plans for managing certain species of fish; establishing certain objectives for
fishery management actions; requiring certain information be contained in such
plans and authorizing the inclusion of certain additional information; requiring
certain reports to be made to the General Assembly; providing for the adoption of
management plans and implementing management measures by regulations after
notice and opportunity for public hearing; requiring certain actions to conform to
adopted plans; prohibiting application of this Act to certain aquaculture activities;
defining certain terms; and generally relating to fishery management and
conservation.
