and safety, has been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the
members elected to each of the two Houses of the Genera] Assembly, and shall take
effect from the date it is enacted.

AN ACT concerning
Local—Property Tax Rote——Notice of Inerease Property Taxpayers - Right to
Information
FOR tho purpose of requiring that a certain notice of certain proposed property tax
rate increases include the current tax rate, the constant yield tax rate, and any tax
rate proposed for the next taxable year; and making a technical correction.
FOR the purpose of altering the form for certain advertisements used to propose
property tax increases in excess of the constant yield tax rate; altering the contents
of advertisements and notices used to advertise constant yield tax rate hearings;
requiring certain information to be included on property tax bills requiring certain
information in a certain form to be mailed with property tax bills; providing for the
applicability of a portion of this Act; making this Act an emergency measure; and
generally relating to advertising and notice procedures concerning the constant
yield tax rate.
