AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages Sales
PG 316-90

FOR the purpose of repealing the prohibition in Prince George's County against the
retail sale of certain alcoholic beverages in sealed packages or containers that
contain less than a certain volume; repealing a certain retail sales exception to this
prohibition for hotel guests; making a technical change; and generally relating to
the retail sale of alcoholic beverages in Prince George's County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
Section 19(s)(3)(v) and (vi)
Annotated Code of Maryland
