REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATION THAT RELATE TO THE APPRAISAL
(1) RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE OF 1 TO 4 UNITS; AND
(2) IF A NET INCOME CAPITALIZATION ANALYSIS IS NOT
(B) THE CERTIFIED GENERAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISER
15.5-510.
(A) UNLESS A CERTIFICATE IS RENEWED FOR A 3-YEAR TERM AS
(B) THE COMMISSION NEED NOT GIVE NOTICE TO THE HOLDER OF
(C) NOT EARLIER THAN 120 DAYS AND NOT LATER THAN 30 DAYS
(1) OTHERWISE IS ENTITLED TO HOLD A CERTIFICATE;
(2) PAYS TO THE COMMISSION AT A MINIMUM A RENEWAL
(3) SUBMITS TO THE COMMISSION:
(I) A RENEWAL APPLICATION ON THE FORM THAT THE
(II) ADEQUATE EVIDENCE OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE
15.5-511.
(A) TO QUALIFY FOR RENEWAL OF A CERTIFICATE UNDER THIS
(B) (1) SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SUBSECTION (C) OF THIS
