(3) A HEARING BOARD SHALL ADVISE THE COMMISSION
(D) (1) (I) WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER THE FILING OF A DECISION BY
(II) ON THE FILING OF AN EXCEPTION UNDER
(2) IF AN EXCEPTION IS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME
(I) THE DECISION OF THE HEARING BOARD SHALL BE
(II) ANY PARTY AGGRIEVED BY THE DECISION MAY TAKE
15.5-212.
(A) THE COMMISSION SHALL KEEP AN INDEXED RECORD OF:
(1) EACH APPLICATION FOR LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION;
(2) EACH ISSUANCE OF A LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE;
(3) EACH REPRIMAND OF A LICENSED REAL ESTATE
(4) EACH SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF A LICENSED REAL
(B) THE COMMISSION SHALL MAKE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC:
(1) THE RECORD DURING BUSINESS HOURS; AND
(2) ON REQUEST, A COPY OF THE RECORD At A REASONABLE
15.5-213.
(A) THE COMMISSION SHALL ISSUE AT LEAST ANNUALLY A ROSTER
(1) THE NAME OF EACH LICENSED REAL ESTATE APPRAISER
(2) THE NAME AND PLACE OF BUSINESS OF EACH LICENSED
