(15) Advisory Council on Prevailing Wage Rates. (. [§ 18-513] § 17-203 of
the State Finance and Procurement Article);

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 840, Acts of 1986, which renumbered § 18-513
of the State Finance and Procurement Article to be § 12-313, and Ch. 48,
Acts of 1988, which repealed § 12-313 and revised its provisions in new §

17-203.

9-915.

(a) In this section, "[veterans] VETERANS' memorials and monuments"
means:

(1) the Maryland Vietnam Veterans Memorial and Associated Land as
established pursuant to Joint Resolution No. 22 of 1983; and

(2) the Maryland Korean War Memorial and Associated Land as
established pursuant to Joint Resolution No. 3 of 1985.

(e) The Commission may adopt (regulation] REGULATIONS to carry out the
provisions of this section.

DRAFTER'S NOTE:

Error: In § 9-915 of the State Government Article, omitted apostrophe in
subsection (a) and incorrect word usage in subsection (e).

Occurred: Ch. 790, Acts of 1989. Correction of error in § 9-915(e) of the
State Government Article by the Michie Company in the 1989 Supplement
to the 1984 Volume of the State Government Article is validated by this Act.

9-1015.

(d) (1) Upon [request] REQUEST, the Archives may only disclose and
provide copies of vital records to:

(i) an individual who is lawfully entitled to obtain a vital record from
the Department or any other original custodian;

(ii) an individual who requests an old vital record; or

(iii) an individual who has evidence of the death of the person or
persons in the vital records[; ].

(2) [an] AN individual may examine and obtain a copy of indexes that
pertain to vital records that are in the custody of the Archives[; ].
