(6) No portion of the proceeds of the loan or any of the matching funds may be
used for the furtherance of sectarian religious instruction, or in connection with the
design, acquisition, or construction of any building used or to be used as a place of
sectarian religious worship or instruction, or in connection with any program or
department of divinity for any religious denomination. Upon the request of the Board
of Public Works, The Benedictine School for Exceptional Children, Inc., shall submit
evidence satisfactory to the Board that none of the proceeds of this loan or any
matching funds have been or are being used for a purpose prohibited by this Act.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1990.

AN ACT concerning

Mobility Impaired , Blind, Visually Handicapped, Deaf, or Hearing Impaired Persons -

Guide Dogs Admittance

FOR the purpose of providing that mobility impaired persons may be accompanied by
professionally trained guide dogs on the same terms as blind, visually
handicapped, deaf and hearing impaired persons accompanied by guide dogs;
establishing certain penalties for denying or interfering with the admittance of a
guide dog accompanied by a mobility impaired person; providing that certain
persons are
mobility impaired persons may be liable for certain damages caused
by the a guide dog; providing for identification tags for dog guides; requiring
certain training for certain guide dogs; requiring certain affidavits to accompany
applications for certain licenses; requiring that licensing fees for dogs used as dog
guides be waived under certain circumstances; defining a certain term; making
technical changes; and generally relating to the admittance of guide dogs
accompanied by mobility impaired persons

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
