SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Drafter's Notes
contained in this Act are not law and may not be considered to have been enacted as
part of this Act.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an
emergency measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health
and safety, has been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the
members elected to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take
effect from the date it is enacted.

(Senate Bill 226)
AN ACT concerning
Annual Corrective Bill
FOR the purpose of correcting certain errors and omissions in certain articles of the
Annotated Code and in certain uncodified laws; providing that with a certain
exception this Act is not intended to affect any law other than to correct technical
errors; ratifying certain corrections made by the publishers of the Annotated
Code; codifying an uncodified provision; requiring, rather than authorizing, the
publisher of the Code of Public General Laws to codify certain executive orders;
requiring the Director of the Department of Legislative Reference to publish
certain other executive orders; legalizing the Baltimore County Code; requiring
the publishers of the Annotated Code of Maryland to make certain changes in the
Code to effectuate certain termination provisions; requiring the publishers of the
Annotated Code of Maryland to correct certain cross-references; transferring
certain sections of the Annotated Code; renumbering certain sections of the
Annotated Code; renaming a certain article of the Annotated Code; providing for
the application of certain provisions of this Act; and making this Act an
emergency measure.
