10-302.

(a) Any person engaged in a retail business who desires to sell RESIDENT OR
NONRESIDENT basic hunting licenses, consolidated hunting licenses,
NONRESIDENT 3-DAY HUNTING LICENSES, or individual hunting stamps as an
agent under the Department's control and supervision shall apply to the Department on
forms prepared and prescribed by the Department. The Department may furnish
RESIDENT AND NONRESIDENT basic hunting licenses, consolidated hunting
licenses, NONRESIDENT 3-DAY HUNTING LICENSES, and individual hunting
stamps on consignment to any agent who provides a bond or other security deemed
sufficient and adequate by the Department to insure payment for the RESIDENT AND
NONRESIDENT basic hunting licenses, consolidated hunting licenses,
NONRESIDENT 3-DAY HUNTING LICENSES, and individual hunting stamps.

(b) [The Department may not distribute to any agent less than the following
number of basic hunting licenses, consolidated hunting licenses, and individual hunting
stamps of each type:

(1) Resident, under the age of 16 years:

(i) Basic hunting license................................................................... 5

(ii) Consolidated hunting license ...................................................... 5

(2) Resident, at least 16 years old and under the age of 65 years:

(i) Basic hunting license................................................................... 5

(ii) Consolidated hunting license ......................................................10

(3) Senior lifetime license.......................................................................... 10

(4) Resident, at least 65 years old:

(i) Basic hunting license................................................................... 5

(ii) Consolidated hunting license ...................................................... 5

(5) Nonresident consolidated..................................................................... 5

(6) Nonresident 3 day waterfowl ............................................................... 5

(7) Deer stamps.......................................................................................... 10

(8) Bow and arrow stamps .........................................................................10

(9) Black powder stamps............................................................................lO

(c)] (1) The agent shall fill out every license and duplicate license in a legible
and proper manner. (2) The agent shall date and affix [the individual hunting] ANY
DEER, BOW AND ARROW, OR BLACK POWDER stamp PURCHASED on a basic
hunting license in accordance with § 10-308 of this subtitle. (3) The agent shall submit
