(A) IN THIS SECTION "BOARD" MEANS THE STATE BOARD OF
EXAMINERS OF PSYCHOLOGISTS.

(B) A PERSON WHO ACTS IN GOOD FAITH AND WITHIN THE SCOPE
OF THE JURISDICTION OF THE BOARD IS NOT CIVILLY LIABLE FOR
GIVING INFORMATION TO THE BOARD OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING
IN ITS ACTIVITIES.

(A) IN THIS SECTION "BOARD" MEANS THE STATE BOARD OF
SOCIAL WORK EXAMINERS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND
MENTAL HYGIENE.

(B) A PERSON WHO ACTS IN GOOD FAITH AND WITHIN THE SCOPE
OF THE JURISDICTION OF THE BOARD IS NOT CIVILLY LIABLE FOR
GIVING INFORMATION TO THE BOARD OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING
IN ITS ACTIVITIES.

(4) "OWNER" HAS THE MEANING STATED IN § 5-1401 OF THE
NATURAL RESOURCES ARTICLE.

(5) "PERSON" HAS THE MEANING STATED IN § 5-1401 OF THE
NATURAL RESOURCES ARTICLE.

(B) AN OWNER OF A CAVE OR THE OWNER'S AUTHORIZED AGENTS
ACTING WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THEIR AUTHORITY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR
INJURIES SUSTAINED BY ANY PERSON USING THE CAVE FOR A
RECREATIONAL OR SCIENTIFIC PURPOSE IF THE PRIOR CONSENT OF
