(c) (7) Any Financial Review Committee member [acting in good faith and
within the scope of his duties is immune from civil liability as a result of those acts]
SHALL HAVE THE IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY DESCRIBED UNDER TITLE
5, SUBTITLE 3
§ 5-340 OF THE COURTS AND JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS
ARTICLE.

(e) Any Advisory Board member [acting in good faith and within the scope of
his duties is immune from civil liability as a result of those acts] SHALL HAVE THE
IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY DESCRIBED UNDER TITLE 5, SUBTITLE 3 §
5-341 OF THE COURTS AND JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS ARTICLE.

(b) (1) The county in which the amusement ride or amusement attraction is
located may purchase, on behalf of nonprofit organizations, the amount of insurance
required under this subtitle for the amusement ride or amusement attraction.

(2) A county that merely purchases insurance for a lessee or owner of an
amusement ride or amusement attraction [is immune from liability for personal injury
to individuals arising out of the use of the amusement ride or attraction] SHALL
HAVE THE IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY DESCRIBED UNDER TITLE 5,
SUBTITLE 3
§ 5-344 OF THE COURTS AND JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS
ARTICLE.

[No] AN officer or member of any association or organization, [and no] OR AN
association or organization participating or interested in a labor dispute (as these terms
are herein defined) shall [be held responsible or liable in any civil action at law or suit
in equity, or in any criminal prosecution, for the unlawful acts of individual officers,
members, or agents, except upon proof by the weight of evidence and without the aid of
any presumptions of law or fact, both of

(1) The doing of such acts by persons who are officers, members, or agents
of any such association or organization, and

(2) Actual participation in, or actual authorization of such acts, or
ratification of such acts after actual knowledge thereof by such association or
