WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 488

(I) ANY HOSPITAL WITH WHICH THE PHYSICIAN IS
AFFILIATED OR TO WHICH THE CHILD IS BROUGHT; AND

(II) ANY INDIVIDUAL WORKING UNDER THE CONTROL OR
SUPERVISION OF THE HOSPITAL.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

AN ACT concerning

Public Schools - Free and Reduced Price Breakfast

FOR the purpose of altering a provision of law so as to require the State Board of
Education to require each county board of education to provide in each
elementary school a free and reduced price breakfast; providing e certain
exception exceptions; requiring free and reduced price breakfasts to meet certain
standards; and generally relating to free and reduced price breakfasts in all
elementary schools.
