13-909.

A person who is convicted of knowingly making a false statement in connection
with linked deposit financing under this subtitle shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
subject to a fine of not more than $10, 000, 1 year imprisonment, or both.

a misdemeanor subject to certain criminal penalties to knowingly make a
false statement in connection with certain linked deposit financing made
from the Maryland Enterprise Incentive Deposit Fund.
