Amendment No. 1:

On page 186, in line 13, strike the numerals "$8,500,000" and substitute the
numerals "$4,250,000".

Amendment No. 2:

On page 186, in line 17, strike the numerals "1,100,000" and substitute the
numerals "550,000".

Amendment No. 3:

On page 186, in line 20, strike the numerals "7,100,000" and substitute the
numerals "3,550,000" and in line 21, strike the numerals "7,100,000" and substitute the
numerals "3,550,000".

Amendment No. 4:

On page 187, in line 13, strike the numerals "1,000,000" and substitute the
numerals "500.000".

Amendment No. 5:

On page 187, beginning in line 14 and ending in line 17, strike the words and
numerals "DEPARTMENT" through "2,800,000" in its entirety.

Amendment No. 6:

On page 187, in line 19, strike the numerals "29,500,000" and substitute the
numerals "8,850,000" and in line 20, strike the numerals "7,100,000" and substitute the
numerals "3,550,000" and in line 22, strike the numerals "$36,600,000" and substitute
the numerals "$12,400,000".
