TRANSPORTATION REVENUE SHARING

29.01.05.01 Transportation Revenue Sharing

To become available immediately upon
passage of this budget to reduce the
appropriation for fiscal year 1990 for the
local share of transportation revenue. The
decrease occurs because current estimates
for fiscal year 1990 Motor Vehicle Titling
Tax and the Corporate Income Tax
receipts are below those which were used
in preparing the Transportation Revenue
Sharing fiscal year 1990 budget.

29.02.01.05 County and Municipality Funds

To become available immediately upon

highway user revenues which are
distributed to local jurisdictions. The
decrease occurs because current estimates
of fiscal year 1990 highway user revenues
are below those which were used in
preparing the State Highway
Administration's fiscal year 1990 budget.
