funds for the operation of the Maryland

Convention Center Authority.

Article requiring approval by the

Board of Public Works of a schedule

for apportionment and disbursement

as provided by Section 7-233 of the

State Finance and Procurement

Article; and further provided that this

appropriation is contingent upon the

enactment of Senate Bill 384 or House

Bill 546 creating the Maryland

Convention Center Authority.
