SECTION 15. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That pursuant to Article
64A, Section 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland the salary schedule for the
executive pay plan during fiscal 1991 shall be as set forth below. Adjustments to the
salary schedule may be made during the fiscal year in accordance with the provisions of
Article 64A, Section 27. Notwithstanding the inclusion of salaries for positions which
are determined by agencies with independent salary setting authority in the salary
schedule set forth below, such salaries may be adjusted during the fiscal year in
accordance with such salary setting authority.
