salary plans or by salary actions in the executive agencies. The Chief Judge of the Court
of Appeals may make adjustments to positions contained in the Judicial portion of this
Section (other than judges) that are impacted by changes in salary plans or by salary
actions in the executive agencies. The adjustments made by the Chief Judge of tho
Court of Appeals are subject to the provisions of Section 24. The salaries of the
constitutional officers listed in this section are the annual salaries for the next term in
office.
