32.13.01.01 Program Direction
|

|
|
General Fund Appropriation, provided that

|
|
|
|
$191,500 of this appropriation, made for the
|
|
|
|
|
purpose of establishing a Model Infant
|
|
|
|
|
Center, be withheld until the budget
|
|
|
|
|
committees review a report that: (7|
|
|
|
|
|
establishes the demand for state-funded day
|
|
|
|
|
care services for special needs infants; (2)
|
|
|
|
|
details the vendor and exact site for the
|
|
|
|
|
center, and the criteria used for their
|
|
|
|
|
selection; (3) describes the assessment,
|
|
|
|
|
collection, and retention of fees for these day
|
|
|
|
|
care services; and (4) identifies the proposed
|
|
|
|
|
source of fees, whether from third party
|
|
|
|
|
insurance, Medical Assistance, or other. The
|
|
|
|
|
report shall be provided by October 1, 1990
|
|
|
|
|
and the committees shall have 45 days to
|
|
|
|
|
