enhance the service delivery system for

Maryland's children. Furthermore, all

appropriations earmarked for direct care

services under this program may only be
|
|
|
|
|
used for that purpose and may not be used
|
|
|
|
|
for administration of the program. All
|
|
|
|
|
funds remaining at the close of June 30,
|
|
|
|
|
1991 shall revert to the general fund.
