monies for grants to local land trusts. If
such a bill is not enacted into law, then the
appropriation stated above for Advanced
Option and Purchase shall be increased to
$450,000, provided further that, $4,000,000
of the revenues appropriated for
Department of Natural Resources, Capital
Improvements shall be contingent upon
enactment of a bill to amend Section 5-903
of the Natural Resources Article
authorizing use of State Program Open
Space monies for capital improvements. If
a bill authorizing use of Program Open
Space monies for Capital Improvement is
not enacted into law, then appropriations
for land acquisition projects shall be as
follows:
